OK, so there's 2 things we pretty much all like.

Manual Transmissions

Kinja'd!!!

and Assisted Manual Emissions...

Kinja'd!!!

Unfortunately the are mutually exclusive unless you got 3 on the tree.

So the choice is yours and yours alone!

Choose wisely my friends!

my truck might be an automatic, but it's still got a bench seat. transmission pulls rank on 2 occasions. pulling trailers & traffic. thats why 5 speeds are so awesome, push the lever out of the way, and keep both hands on the wheel.

Option C: find state park parking lot. Pull handbrake turn into secluded area (to get her all hot n' bothered). Put down back seats. Grab blankets. Crawl into hatch area. Realize you don't have a girl with you, because you don't meet them in engineering classes. Drive home in sadness. Violently sob while doing copious amounts of statics homework. Get C because your tears stained the working drawings.

Err...my Audi is a manual and I haven't missed out on any, err...assisted emissions yet because of it. The handbrake handle lays flush with the center divider below the seats and the arm rest folds up and out of the way. The shifter is far enough forward that it's not in the wake.

So...yeah.

I'll have my cake and let her swallow it, too.

A logo I made from memory. Somebody on here saw it at the Sno*drift rally or something or other on one of the cars there...

A few months ago my wife and I were heading out and right after we got on the freeway my wife says, "That guy in the Nissan is totally about to get road head."

Me: "Good for him."

I slow down a bit since we were passing, we both give him a thumbs up, he laughs, we take off to give him some privacy.

yes PDK and DSG are spectacular nowadays...heck I even enjoyed driving my friends M3 with SMG II back in the day (it really wasnt that bad, if you featheredt he throttle lightly latency reduced greatly).

But there's something AWESOME about the 3rd pedal, heel toe action, and seeing a break in freeway traffic getting on the gas and ripping it down into 4th.

It's just satisfying.

I need to get a car with gated locking, manual and i needed it yesterday.

Miatas are not conducive to getting road head sadly enough. . . I miss my van, that thing was the best. . .

It actually works in my manual transmission Mini, due to the placement of everything.

But if there's a lady in the front seat, then you can keep her.
